What sizes are available?

Sizes vary by product and style. A standard single-car carport is often 12x20x6, but many other sizes are available depending on your needs.

Do I need to prepare the site before delivery or installation?

Yes. The ground should be level before delivery or installation. For WeatherKing sheds, up to 4 inches of variance is allowed. More than that may result in additional charges.

What type of base or foundation do I need?

WeatherKing sheds are designed for Florida weather and can sit on the ground, but the manufacturer recommends cap concrete blocks. Carports and enclosed metal buildings can be installed on soil, asphalt, crushed shell, concrete, and other suitable surfaces.

Are your sheds and carports built for Florida weather?

Yes. Carports and enclosed metal buildings are rated for up to 140 mph winds, and WeatherKing sheds have a 160 mph wind rating.

Are your buildings anchored for wind?

Carport Solutions provides anchors for its structures. WeatherKing sheds are designed to sit on the ground and have a 160 mph wind rating. If a customer wants anchoring for a WeatherKing shed, we can provide contact information for a third-party anchor installer.

Do you offer rent-to-own?

Hudson Sheds does not offer direct financing. For qualifying Carport Solutions customers, options may be available through RTO National.

Do you offer U-Haul rentals?

Yes. We offer U-Haul rentals at our Hudson location.

Where are you located?

We are located at 14714 US Hwy 19, Hudson, FL, at the corner of Rhodes Road and US 19, near the flashing yellow light and across from Napa Auto Parts.

Do you have sheds or carports on display?

Yes. We have display models on site for customers to view in person.

Do you handle permits?

No. Hudson Sheds does not handle permits. For permit questions, please contact the county where the building or structure will be placed.

Yes. Requirements vary by HOA and county. Customers should check local rules before purchasing or installing a structure.
